What age did you give your baby peanut butter for the 1st time? - baby peanut

My baby is 14 months .. his pediatrician told us that we could make peanut butter at 15 months. Just curious, what have recommended that pediatricians and others .. mommys or other have done. I can not wait, I love peanut butter. The kind of fear, though, so of course I am not going sooner!
